Dressage Horses at Marbach State Stud
Marbach State Stud currently offers around 40 excellent certified warmblood stallions for breeding including a large variety of exciting dressage stallions of very well-known and established bloodlines.

owned by the Bavarian State Stud is currently available at Marbach. Rivero, successful Grand Prix Special stallion has been highly sought after for a decade, being sire to many top level sport horses and licensed stallions.
Dressage experts will recognise the pedigree of the Hannovarian Sir Sandro by Sandro Hit (Old) / Weltmeyer (Hann) – Donnerhall. Unsurprisingly, Sir Sandro has been successful on Advanced level and qualified for the German championships. He has produced certified sons, “state prime mares” and many successful sport horses.
Sir Nymphenburg (Wuerttemberger) by Sir Donnerhall I (Old) – Sandro Hit / Regazzoni (Hann) – Brentano II, a chestnut “prime” stallion with noticeably large movements is a successful dressage horse on Advanced level and sought after breeding stallion. His offspring show the same fantastic gaits and rideability, energetic but nice temperaments and people oriented characters.
The good-size, black stallion Lemberger (Wuerttemberger) by Locksley II (Wuertt) / Gardez (Wuertt) stands out in the arena in many ways. Lemberger has achieved high dressage and jumping breeding indices. His foals show the same long legs with large energetic gaits.
The stunning black stallion Hochfein (Hannovarian) by His Highness (Hann) / Feiner Stern (Hann) has been successful on Advannced** and Inter I level. He belongs to the top ten percent dressage breeding stallions in Germany. He passes his great rideability, his large, uphill movements and his nice character on to his descendants.
